This turnkey solution offers everything a factory or manufacturing facility will need to use dry ice cleaning equipment. Most facilities already offer sufficient dry air on-site, meaning you don’t need everything a contractor will to perform the same work.

To accommodate this, Wickens has created the factory and manufacturer’s package with everything you’ll need to provide non-abrasive, environmentally friendly cleaning.

Turnkey Solution

Factories and manufacturing facilities already have access to sufficient dry plant air on-site, and don’t have the same needs for an air preparation unit as an independent contractor would. To accommodate for this, we’ve built this package keeping in mind factory needs. Everything you’ll need to get started dry ice blasting is ready for you!

Powerful & Portable

The products in this package offer powerful cleaning (enough to clean years of buildup and grime!) while also remaining portable. Our portable dry ice cleaning machine is on wheels to allow for safe maneuverability.

The factory and manufacturer’s package includes the following:

  • Viking 4000 Dry Ice Blaster
  • Two 25’ 1” air supply hoses
  • A full nozzle kit with case
  • Blast hose gun
  • Blast hose extension

Optional add-ons are available from additional blast hose extensions to pellet fragmenters. Please contact us to add these products.

12-Month Warranty

We value our customers and take pride in the dry ice blasting equipment we supply. A new dry ice blasting machine carries a 12-month parts warranty from the installation date, excluding hoses.

Wickens Dry Ice Blasting will provide any dry ice blasting machine parts which become defective through normal use of the unit within this 12-month period for no charge. Extended warranties are also available.
